So I can't complain about the delivery service. Sushi and bowls always taste delicious. It's all super fresh and on time. In fact, I was a bit surprised, as sushi delivered is always a thing. But since you can't go to restaurants at the moment, this is the perfect alternative to be able to eat delicious sushi.

Tried delivery service and the food only arrived after over 1 1/2 hours. Unfortunately, the sushi is not really recommended, but tastes are known to be different 🤷🏼‍♀️

It feels like 3000 fruit flies in the shop, floating around in your face / in your food / in your drinks. I also felt sick after eating. I actually like Kaoru, but we won't be going out to eat in Ludwigshafen.

My personal favorite when it comes to sushi. Prices are perfectly reasonable for the quality. The only reason why only 4 out of 5 possible stars, the suppliers sometimes do not have enough change with them, even though I noted in the order that change for e.g. € 100 must be taken. However, it should be said that the suppliers are reliable, change the money and make the difference in 10-15 minutes.

Very bad service. Several times when the restaurant was actually almost empty, we had to wait a long time for something to eat, as online orders supposedly have priority. Today I stopped by 10 minutes before the official opening time and wanted to order to take away for later. The service staff took a lot of time to explain to me that I had to come in 10 minutes instead of simply taking the order quickly. Unfortunately, there aren't many restaurant alternatives so keep coming back, but if you have a choice go elsewhere.

You can't say anything about the taste of the sushi. We were on the terrace on a very hot summer day, which is probably a mistake when eating sushi because the fish warms up quickly and there was a strange feeling when eating. But we all stayed healthy. A little more expensive for what you get. There are other sushis where you get better service and more for the price. Still the fish was good and I would come again.

Was not there today for the first time, but definitely for the last time! I can't fault the food ... but the service was a total failure. After 10 minutes at the seat we had to get the tickets ourselves, after what felt like an eternity the drinks were finally taken. Food for two was served at a different time by at least 10 minutes. 👎 I don't even want to talk about existing corona rules. 80% of the employees without a face mask, the rest are hanging under their chin ... Service staff was not at all attentive ... but there was enough time for funny selfies with the colleagues behind the bar! No thanks...

Unfortunately the delivery times at Karou Ludwigshafen are far too long. Every time, whether at the weekend or during the week in the evening, you have to wait almost two hours for the order. That's pretty annoying ... Even though the sushi there is really good and always convinces us.

Today for just under 100 euros there is 2 fat flies in the packaged food. Who happily walked over the food. When I complained over the phone. Did the lady tell me on the phone that it was fish and that it was completely normal for them to fly him. But normally make sure that you fly, do not end up in the packaging. Then the packaging including the 100 euro food ended up in the trash. I can only advise everyone not to eat anything there

I had a super nice experience today. I ordered from KAORU in the wrong place. Although it was my mistake, everything was done to ensure that I still came to my meal. Despite the fact that there is no delivery to Mannheim. Thanks to the nice lady on the phone and the nice driver!

I always enjoy eating there. For me, absolutely the best sushi. The restaurant is very clean and the service was great. Always my pleasure.

Very nice location by the Promenade. The sushi is excellent and loved the Green Tea Doriyaki. Staff is very friendly checking out on you every now and then. Great experience!
